Angie: I once took a cooking class from Lorenza di Medici in Italy. My dad was always fascinated by Leonardo di Vinci and his Medici patrons and there I was in the Medici home. It was one of those “Oh my god—I can’t believe I’m really here” experiences. But mostly life is simpler than that—reading, hanging with friends, or playing with my dogs. Home is what’s really important to me and home is Angelina’s.

Lourdes Cruz, Chef and Cook Extraordinaire: Lourdes has been cooking at Angelina's for 10 plus years and is responsible for everything from the delicious salads in the case to the elegant passed appetizers served at Angelina's Catering cocktail parties and weddings. She puts a personal touch to everything and her attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. We are lucky to have her and hope she never leaves! In her spare time she enjoys hiking and spending time with her dog Coqueta.

Janice Calonico, Catering and Events Manager: Janice began her ongoing relationship with Angelina's in 1984. She left in 1988 to open her much missed Greco-Romana Pizza-Caffe on 26th and Clement, which was tragically closed due to a fire in 2006. Now, after a break to get her third son safely into kindergarten, she has very happily returned to Angelina's as Catering and Events Manager. She brings patience, creativity and spirit to the job and will help you with all your catering needs.
